With the popularity of the Internet, online ordering is increasingly favored by consumers
With the popularity of the Internet, online ordering is increasingly favored by consumers. The Fujian Food and Drug Administration reminded that in order to ensure the safety of online food ordering consumption, the following points should be paid attention to when ordering online:
One is to choose a legal and formal catering unit to order meals. Before ordering a meal, consumers should carefully check whether the online catering service unit on the third-party platform of online trading has a business license, food business license (or catering service license), and at the same time check the relevant information of its license, such as business scope, business address and contact number, etc. You should choose a catering service unit with complete licenses and good reputation to order meals, and do not order meals from illegal catering providers such as unlicensed, incomplete license information or inconsistent license information with the actual business scope and business address.
The second is to choose a meal serving unit that is close and can be served in a short time. Consumers should choose a food service unit that can be delivered and eaten within a safe time limit of 2 hours after the completion of food processing. After receiving the ordered food, check whether the packaging and containers are clean and in good condition, and whether the food distributed is spoiled or contaminated.
Avoid ordering high-risk foods. Consumers should avoid choosing high-risk foods such as cold vegetables, raw food, cold-processed pastries, ready-mixed salads, green beans, and foods prohibited by laws and regulations.
Four is to retain the relevant consumer vouchers, found that the problem in a timely manner to report. If there is a consumer dispute, you can call the consumer protection hotline 12315.
